We thought it would be a nice idea to develop a special edition of our delicious triple Broeder Everardus.
We brew the beer without spices, but we thought a light spicy touch would be a nice touch. We were already friends with Erwin Schouten from Schouten distillery in Veghel and he was immediately enthusiastic to create this very special beer with us. After various experiments, we found a small amount of London Dry Gin adds a lot of flavor and character to our soft triple. And thus our first infused beer was born.

Malt: pilsner malt, caramunich malt (120 EBC)
