In collaboration with the Muifel fans and instagram beer ladies (Merel from @Booksbeersandbeyond and Anneke from @Burnout_beers) and hobby brewer William Kloek, the Muifel brewery has developed a brand new stout beer in the summer of 2020: the Sweet Chocolate Stout. This beer has become a true flavor bomb - as befits a decent stout - which is partly caused by the unique malts of the artisan English floor malting plant Thomas Fawcett with which this beer was brewed. A lot of malt is needed to reach the high alcohol percentage of 10.6% and a lot of malt means a lot of taste! The beer is brewed without artificial sweeteners such as lactose. The chocolate flavor is obtained by using a specific Cara600 chocolate malt during the brewing process.
